HR & Payroll team needs to ensure that the organization is complying with the legal, ethical, regulations, and administrative standards that can affect the business and employees. They are also required to maintain employee relations, disputes, and grievances.
HR’s responsibilities are also to maintain employee records, payroll, benefits, and regulatory compliance, including anti-discrimination, safety, and labour laws.

As an HR, you are responsible for planning, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting the best and most talented candidates.
