    As an HR professional, one is required to collaborate with the key stakeholders to discuss, create, and implement the strategic plan that can align with their business vision, mission, and goal. This is also to identify the workforce requirements and skills that can help the organisation to achieve their goal and objectives.

  • Managing employees from hiring to exit

    HR needs to manage the entire hiring process, from identifying job requirements to onboarding new employees; after working closely with hiring managers, they have to find the perfect and suitable candidates.

  • Compliance

    HR & Payroll team needs to ensure that the organization is complying with the legal, ethical, regulations, and administrative standards that can affect the business and employees. They are also required to maintain employee relations, disputes, and grievances.

HR’s responsibilities are also to maintain employee records, payroll, benefits, and regulatory compliance, including anti-discrimination, safety, and labour laws.

  • Business Growth

    As an HR, you are responsible for planning, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting the best and most talented candidates. You also have to design and execute employer branding and talent attraction strategies to attract and retain skilled and qualified candidates. With this, you are responsible for examining and verifying the accuracy and authenticity of the documentation and calculations for payroll.

The HR provides training programs, workshops, coaching, mentoring, and others to support employee development, career growth, and overall satisfaction.

    As an HR, your responsibility is to manage the employee engagement, experience, and performance of the employee, as well as design and implement recognition programs, appraisal systems, and feedback and retention and turnover strategies. HRs have to monitor and evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and recognition, and also help to set goals and resolve performance issues.
