Hello, in this post we will learn the steps for Online PF and ESI registration through the Shram Suvidha Portal.
We will cover the following topics:
Step-3 Next, the disclaimer screen will appear where you have the option of Click here
Step-4 Once you sign up you will get an OTP on your Registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and verify it.
Step-5 Now, enter the User ID of your choice, then enter the password and confirm it. Click on Submit.
Step-6 Once you set up your User ID and Password login to Shram Suvidha Portal.
Step-7 The Shram Suvidha dashboard will appear after login.
Step-8 Now, On the left side of the dashboard under Registration, click on Registration for EPFO-ESIC.
Step-9 Here, you will get the list of Acts you want to opt for, select the acts (EPFO and ESI) and click on Submit.
Step-10 Enter your establishment details such as the Establishment Name, Place, etc and click Next.
Step-11 Further, fill the eContacts Section with your Primary email ID and Mobile Number.
Step-12 Here, the applicant has to enter the details of the Manager person responsible for the supervision of the establishment.
Step-13 You can add more owner details in this section.
Step-14 Select the Identifier and fill the necessary details.
Step-15 Now enter the Employment Details where you need to mention the number of employees, excluded employees, etc.
Step-16 Under Employment Details, we have one more section i.e., Other details where you have certain questions to be answered.
Step-17 The Next section is Branch or Division where you need to enter the details of Number of Branches an establishment has, Name of the responsible person of a particular branch, etc.
Step-18 Select the Primary business Activity of your establishment.
Step-19 Download the Specimen Signature Attachment and then upload as shown in the below screen and then click on Submit.
On submit, you need to confirm your data. On confirmation, the details will be submitted and the EPFO and ESI registration number will be sent to the registered mail ID. Once done, you can use the same UID and PWD to login and file your monthly returns.
What is Shram Suvidha Portal?
The Unified Shram Suvidha Portal is developed to provide ease of compliance of the Labour Laws. It has been envisaged as a single point of contact between employer, employee and enforcement agencies bringing in transparency in their day-to-day interactions. The portal can also provide EPF and ESI return filing services.Steps for Online PF and ESI Registration

if already using pf and Esic acount it is possible to use same Esi and pf number in Shram Suvidha portal
